At Lore.Well, each piece is created in collaboration with artisans and produced in small batches or as one-of-a-kind works. Because these objects are handmade, natural variations in colour, texture, size, and finish are to be expected. These variations are not considered imperfections—they are part of the beauty and character of artisan craftsmanship and make each piece uniquely its own.

Due to the limited and often one-of-a-kind nature of our collections, all sales are considered final. We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items based on natural variation, change of mind, or personal preference.

If an item arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
